Are Spain and Portugal Catholic Christian countries?

Spain and Portugal have been regarded as "spiritual reserve of Europe", because both have been two of the most Christian countries of the world, but are now Catholic countries?

It is true that Spain and Portugal have been characterized to be Catholics for centuries and almost the entire population were Catholic, but nowadays they are not officially Catholic and their Catholic population have been decreasing notably.

Anyway, most of people who declare Christian, both now and before, are not really Christian because they are not practising, they do not follow completely the doctrine of Jesus. To be Christian, you must be practising Christian following the entire doctrine of Jesus, the Ten Commandaments, it is a matter of coherence.

So if you want to know how really if to be Christian, you must know the rules which Christians must follow and here I explain the reasons why Christianity is the true religion and Catholic church the true Church.
